Wearing complete dentures for more than 15 years can make bone resorbed severely and eventually lead to soft-tissue dehiscence, loss of keratinized tissue. The age of the patient in this situation is also an important factor, which might affect to the choice of treatment plans. This presentation talks about the reconstruction of the hard and soft tissue in a young age patient with severe defects at both jaws in order to avoid using the Graftless concept for edentulous jaws (Zygoma implant, Pterygoid implant, Palatal approach…) and guarantee a long-term survival of implants.
