The zygomatic implant provides a reliable option to address significant bone loss in the upper jaw, resulting in a high success rate and satisfied patients. However, apart from surgical complications, zygomatic implant treatment may also present potential long-term biological and mechanical issues. This clinical case demonstrates a procedure that combines bone and soft tissue grafting with the placement of zygomatic implants to prevent such complications. Furthermore, the case highlights the valuable role of digital technology in both implant surgery and full-arch rehabilitation using zygomatic implants.
