Emergence profile design is important for stable peri-implant tissues and esthetically good results with dental implant restorations, influenced by factors, such as, implant position and surrounding soft tissues. The peri-implant soft tissue collapses after removal of an provisional restoration, which compromises the correct design of a definitive implant-supported prosthesis. This presentation describes management emergence profile and transfer of the peri-implant tissue morphology with digital workflow. The subject of the presentation, that the upper central ,upper premolar and lower molar teeth are extraction , immediate implant placement and management peri-implant soft tissue. We make provisioanal restoration and custom healing abutment on the same day. After the osteointegration was completed, the definitive restoration stage was started. All 3 cases used a fully digital workflow. While taking digital impressions, provisional restoration and custom healing abutments were scanned ekstraorally in the first scan. It was then put back in the mouth. The second digital impression was taken with reference to the provisional restoration and custom healing abutment. Then the third digital impression was taken using the scan body. All 3 scans were matched and sent to the lab for design. Definitive restoration were designed by fully preserving the contours of provisional restoration and custom healing abutments. Buccal cut-back monolithic zirconia was used of the central tooth and full contour monolithic zirconia was used in the premolars and molars for the definitive restoration. Although techniques are available for digitally reducing such a distortion, achieving a correct alignment of scans to replicate the internal and external characteristics of the peri-implant tissue is still challenging. This presentation describes an alternative technique for achieving a precise alignment of the peri-implant soft tissue emergence profile generated with an provisional restoration and custom healing abutment.
